Due to the nature of work the tool is expected to perform and the stresses involved, any defects will be apparent within the 60 day period. The tools are designed for one person and not designed to be ganged up on. They are not designed to have extension pipes or cheater bars attached to the handle. By providing a limitation to the warranty, it is expected that customers will use common sense and, realize that everything has limitations and not to over exert the tool to the point that damage to the tool is unavoidable.

BENDING ANY PART OF A PULLERBEAR IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY - IF YOU THINK YOU CAN BEND OR BREAK ANY PART OF A PULLERBEAR - PLEASE DON'T BUY ONE!

If it is determined that the tool failed as a result of abuse and/or misuse - the 30 day and 60 day warranty periods are not applicable. The 30 and 60 Day Warranties apply to workmanship ie: welds and do not apply to steel failure or bending. If the tool bends, it is a result of over stressing the tool to the point failure or bending is unavoidable. Common sense will tell you that everything has a breaking and/or bending point and if whatever you are attempting to extract from the ground is not releasing from the ground, then there are other factors involved such as: the roots are root bound with adjacent roots, the roots are growing in rock, the ground is frozen, the earth is compacted and a host of other scenarios. If common sense prevails, you will not have any problems with your Pullerbear. If a Pullerbear is returned for a refund and there are no manufacturing or workmanship defects there is a $50 re-stocking charge on unused tools and a $75 charge on a tool that has been used. The buyer is also responsible for shipping and handling charges and any other custom and/or brokerage charges, if applicable. Returned tools must be sent via courier to ProQuo Services Canada Ltd. 2741 Gibson Place, Shawnigan Lake, BC, V0R2W0

*The Pullerbear 2in1 was designed to be operated as a full size tool with the larger, removable, handle fully in place and locked with the thumb screw or with the larger handle completely removed and the tool is used as a smaller and lighter tool. If there is any failure or bending, of the 2in1, as a result of the larger handle being used as an extension of the smaller tool, the warranty will be null and void. That being said... we have sold thousands of Pullerbears and not one has been returned to us for a refund. We have had tools that have broken and those failures have been repaired, to the customer's satisfaction, at our expense. We have several repeat customers and if you can find any negative comments about our company or our products we would appreciate hearing from you. We strive to protect our reputation and customer satisfaction is our ultimate objective. Thank you for purchasing a Pullerbear and if you haven't, thank you for being curious.
